About me

I started in automotive, working on motor systems and electromechanical actuators — building a strong foundation in real-world hardware, testing, and product development at Schaeffler.

I'm now focused on robotics actuation and system integration, especially for dexterous manipulation and compact motor-driven mechanisms. My work spans BLDC/coreless motors, throttle body systems, test platforms, and engineering automation.

I have growing interest in embodied AI and VLA (vision-language-action) systems — building architectures where perception, decision, and actuation are tightly integrated via Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and large language models.

    Robotics Actuation: Developed engineering BOMs for advanced actuation systems (finger/wrist/hip-level mechanisms); prototyped BLDC, coreless motors & linear actuators using CNC + 3D printing (DFM-driven).


    Throttle Bodies: Developed CAD designs for EGR throttle bodies and PBW systems; performed 3D reconstruction from CT scans for competitive analysis.


    AI Agents & LLM Automation: Designed AI agent workflows to automate acquisition tasks (SOR/SOW extraction, compliance mapping); built PDF → structured JSON pipelines for scalable LLM processing; exploring multi-agent systems for engineering automation.


    Motor Test System: Built a €40K+ equivalent motor test rig from reclaimed components, enabling cogging torque, back-EMF, inductance, acoustic & performance testing across BLDC/stepper/coreless platforms.

    Energy Planning / Excel: Followed standards and education from IES to optimize energy efficiency for lighting purposes, meanwhile collaborated with an interior designer to strategically arrange light fixtures in a suitable manner.


    Engineering Drawing: Coordinated with multiple consulting company, read and interpreted mechanical drawings, floor plan electrical drawings and electrical single line diagram.

    BOM: Provided Bills of Material of single button on SOLIDWORKS, transferring the data to Excel to estimate the production and material cost.


    Testing: Conducted tensile test, impact test and abrasion test to evaluate the safety and quality of the button, operated the manufacturing machine (injection molding and plating) for small-scale production and compare the color/shape/dimensions difference with the sample product.
